With TYPO3 for the iPhone you can create, read, update and delete news (TYPO3 Extension "tt_news") in your TYPO3 Installation via your iPhone. The App supports multiple servers and multiple newsfolders on a server.

It is possible to manage the following fields:
Title
Subtitle
Bodytext
Images (from your iPhone Library and taken with the iPhone)
Caption, alttext, titletext for images
Date
Hide/Unhide
Start/Stop
Archive Date
E-Mail
Author
Keywords
Links

You will need the TYPO3 Extension "typo3_webservice" installed on your Server.
